To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Director (m/f) in the field of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).
In the course of your work, you will be providing top-level consultancy services to clients in national and international transactions. Your tasks include the project management of transaction and the establishment and deepening of new client contacts. You can expect varied projects in a dynamic team. An open atmosphere and flat hierarchies lead to short decision-making paths and to the achievement of common objectives.

- Advising on national and cross-border transactions
- Project management for transaction mandates
- Building and deepening new clients
- Creation of strategic company development
- At least 8 years comprehensive transaction experience
- Access to a well-developed network of decision-makers and multipliers
- Strong sales skills in the area of new client acquisition
- Team-player with open-minded and communicative nature
- Professional appearance, committed personality who is able to work under pressure
- Excellent English skills, ideally other foreign languages
