Dr. Thomas Brettar

Dr. Thomas Brettar studied economics at the University of Saarland in Saarbrücken, Germany, where he obtained his doctor’s degree. After positions at Metallgesellschaft AG, the DELTON group held by Stefan Quandt, and as a commercial director of the international automotive company Carcoustics International GmbH, he became the CFO at Zamek GmbH, a family-owned company in the food industry. Dr. Brettar is a vigorous financial analyst, with excellent knowledge in the fields of structured financing, cost reduction and improvement of efficiency, restructuring and most of all of M&A processes including post-merger integration. Dr. Thomas Brettar speaks German, English and French.
