Tim Hoffmeister

Tim Hoffmeister started his career in 1990 in the international plant engineering business at Klöckner & Co in Duisburg. After working for WestLB and the British investment bank Barclays Capital, he joined UniCredit/HypoVereinsbank in 2008. As Senior Managing Director, Mr. Hoffmeister held various management positions in the areas of financial investors/private equity, acquisition financing and debt capital markets. Mr. Hoffmeister has decades of experience in M&A and financing processes with financial investors, companies and management, banks and institutional investors. As Senior Deal Captain, he was responsible for a number of highly complex and event-driven transactions including LBOs, corporate financings and refinancings as well as restructurings. Tim Hoffmeister speaks German and English and has basic knowledge of Japanese and French.
