Dr. André Zentsch
Dr. André Zentsch studied business administration and received his doctorate in economics. Dr. Zentsch has 28 years of experience in corporate and investment banking, including 18 years in a management position. With well over 100 lead transactions (M&A, DCM, structured finance), he has deep, experience-based knowledge, even with complex mandates. Dr. Zentsch has an excellent network in the capital market (banks, family offices, sponsors) and in the upper Mittelstand. He specializes in the discreet support of changes in shareholders, both in the context of corporate succession, buy and build strategies and in the case of differences between shareholders.
