Matthias C. Just

Prior to completing law school in Germany at Münster University, Matthias C. Just had achieved the qualification of a state licensed banker at former Dresdner Bank (today Commerzbank) in Düsseldorf. Mr. Just is an attorney at law under German Law admitted to the bar since 2001. He gained international professional experience in the United States at the German-American Chamber of Commerce in Chicago and the United Kingdom at Kleinwort-Wasserstein, former Dresdner bank’s investment banking department. Later he changed to Deloitte & Touche Corporate Finance Services in Germany followed by a time at the investment company MicroVenture. Today Mr. Just is the CEO of MAYLAND AG and responsible for the comprehensive control of all M&A transactions. Mr. Just speaks German and English.
